1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of italinow.com and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. italinow.com is owned and operated by Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, with registered address at ul. Poligonowa 15F, 20-817 Lublin, Polonia. Contact: info@italinow.com.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Seller” means Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o., the entity that carries out the sale of goods through italinow.com.
“Buyer” means the consumer, a natural person, who makes the purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.
3. PRODUCTS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. sells and the Buyer purchases remotely, via electronic tools, the tangible consumer goods listed and offered for sale on italinow.com. The contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order via the online order form. Upon receiving the order, Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. will send the Buyer a confirmation email summarising the order details.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5. DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. delivers products across all European Union countries via contracted courier services. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from dispatch and may vary depending on the destination country. If Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. is unable to fulfil an order within the stated timeframe, the Buyer will be notified promptly by email.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. will notify the Buyer by email and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control. In the event of non-fulfilment of the contract for reasons not attributable to Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o., the Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
8. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased product in the manner indicated in the Contract. The Buyer acknowledges that by completing and submitting the order form, they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. in writing at info@italinow.com, providing the order number and a clear statement of intent to withdraw. The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, in its original condition and packaging. Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. will process the refund via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
10. GOODS EXCHANGE
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. grants the Buyer the right to exchange a product for the same item within 14 calendar days of receipt. Exchange requests must be submitted to info@italinow.com with the order number and item details. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is handled by Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy available at italinow.com/privacy-policy-2. Data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order and complying with legal obligations, and is not shared with third parties except where necessary for order fulfilment.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the Buyer’s place of residence or domicile.
