Return Period
You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. This right applies to all products, including sale or discounted items, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact info@italinow.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm the return address and provide instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or not as described. Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for items lost in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. will issue a refund via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been tampered with, altered, used, or returned without their original packaging. Custom-made or personalised items are also non-returnable.
